Seminar Exploring Gurdjieff's Ideas and Esoteric Practices

I've been to a few of these seminars, and I generally return bursting with energy and full of practical spiritual ideas to explore in my daily life.

The Work is a cleansing of oneself, raising our vibration and making every experience more pure and vivid in terms of perception, although it may be difficult to see oneself and one's conditioned behaviors objectively and impartially, as we see others (or think we do).
